Meyerland Area Home Remodeled By Property Management Repair

We just finished this Meyerland area remodel ! I think it looks fantastic !!!!

The old MDS Siding was torn down and replaced with new Hardboard. We repainted the entire home in antique white, replaced the front door and landscaped the front and back yard.
A new HVAC system was added to the home with a French Drainage System. Also a new breaker box was installed with gutters to control water flow.
A complete new kitchen with an enormous granite island and a stainless steel gas cooktop. In addition, we installed all new appliances surrounded by new granite countertops. The cabinets where custom made at the home and professionally painted by my team. Lastly we installed a really cool stainless steel vent system to vent gas and other orders while cooking.
We completely remodeled this secondary bathroom with a new vanity, undermount sink and granite countertop . In addition a new bathtub was installed with a new toilet. I love the floor tile that my team installed that matches the bathroom surround tile.

We painted the entire home of the home gray to match the hardwood floors and beautiful white baseboard.
I love the French Door that leads to the patio
