This home as seen in the pictures below was in horrid condition as seen in the following pictures :
House has no market appeal. The original MDS siding is old and in bad condition. The front driveway and sidewalk is cracked and the yard is in horrid condition. No market appeal.As you can see the MDS Siding is old and worn, Notice the chain linked fence and cracked and bent concrete. Horrid !!!Notice the rotten hole filled MDS Siding towards the bottom of the home.
